The problem
Agencies and SMBs wanted conversational AI on their own sites but had no way to build or run it without engineering help. Every campaign channel — chat, email, voice — lived in a different tool, so leads were scattered and nothing was measurable in one place.
The approach
Built the no-code chatbot builder, the campaign management dashboard, the AI voice assistant UI, and an embeddable chat widget SDK. Integrated real-time OpenAI streaming, Vapi voice AI, Firebase auth, Socket.io and Google Calendar booking flows.
The outcome
Shipped to production at ultimabot.ai, used by agencies, SMBs and enterprises, with integrations across 1,000+ apps.
