The problem
Buyers looking at Mallorca are Spanish, German and British in roughly equal measure, and each arrives expecting the site in their own language. Meanwhile the good listings move before they are ever browsed, so a portal that only offers search loses the buyer who was thirty seconds late.
The approach
Built the portal around a four-language interface (English, French, German, Spanish) with a faceted search across sale, rent and commercial inventory, filterable by type and location. Added area-led discovery for the places buyers actually name — Palma, Deia, Soller, Port Andratx, Cala D'or — rather than forcing everything through a search box. Closed the timing gap with registered instant property alerts, and built the supply side with an agent sign-up flow, a seller valuation request and a buying-advice content section.
The outcome
A single portal serving buyers, renters and agents across four languages, with alerts putting registered users in front of new listings on day one.
